Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. "Absolutely horrible. From checking in to falsely advertising room. It was not what I booked for. Then shown other rooms and told we need to pay extra. Unit was old worn out and the bed was absolutely disgusting. No mattress just under lay on wood. Sore backs every morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever. Summary Worst property I have ever stayed in "

"Parking spaces are limited, not adequate.. Guests have to park on roadside. Room has no closet to keep clothings. Breakfast is not up to standard expectation. Food quality is not good. All these are controversial to the room price. Price should be 30% lower for the place to match its standard."
