"Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."

The staff were so kind and helpful, we loved the primitive but low-key tech friendly villa, the food was excellent and day tours to the Phi Phi Islands and diving, snorkeling etc were breathtaking. The hill up to the property is very steep, some taxis and drivers won’t go up there so be mindful of that when you’re booking. Me and my partner are young and fit and it was a task. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day that’s free to guests so if you time it right you won’t need to worry. "
