"Elegant decor and fresh flowers on arrival made our arrival very special. This is the best presented property we have ever been lucky enough to find. Comfortable furniture and spacious rooms. Good outdoor furniture for a summer evening. Menil is a classic French agricultural village on a hilltop setting. Peaceful and calm but close to plenty of walking trails and historic settings. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."
