"The Hotel is located adjacent to the Historic Park Island. The Hotel is well appointed & the Staff are Cheerful, courteous & ever ready to assist. The Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel is 1st rate & there are [Local] dining options within walking distance. If I visit Ayutthaya again ; I will stay here."

"There were 4 of us traveling. We booked two rooms. I had to changed the very first room they booked for us because it stank like sewage and mildew. The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold covering it as well as the side wall of the shower. The faucet for the sink wasn't even attached to the sink... The room they changed my daughter and I to was better, it didn't stink as much but there were water leaking from the toilet. My sister and mother had the worst experience, the mildew smell wasn't as strong as my rooms but the bathroom was terrible. When my sister went to take a shower, she had a chunk of black mold washed onto her face.. The night staff didn't want to help us at all. Needless to says worst experience with a hotel ever. I don't recommend. "
