"If you're coming from anywhere as a traveller that is train bus or air... It's too far away 16km which adds another 400 baht to trip. Internet is really bad if you need it. Staff were helpful. Almost no eating facility within a mile. Tbh Sura Thani is strange. Police were helpful finding me reasonable ride to the hotel. But very few actual eating places around unless you like your pork beef chicken etc."

"Nan was so lovely. Her house is beautiful and I loved looking at the pictures on the walls and looking at the things she had made. So glad we decided to break our journey up and stay there the night"

"I think this place could be very good but it needs some work. Just a few things would make it excellent. My door had to be lifted up to be locked. There were no contact details or Wi-Fi passwords anywhere. I couldn’t get the shower above cold and the bed was REALLY hard. Maybe a few more pics on the wall and some home comforts too. I tried to get the Wi-Fi code my message via Facebook. Both codes they gave me didn’t work. I got Hotels.com to ask but the contact they had didn’t work....

"Hotel is excellent. We booked the executive suite. It was well worth it . Very very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. In the city center of everything. The restaurant right outside is delicious great owners very sweet. 7/11 nearby. I recommend this hotel if your in Surrat . 10 plus for this hotel . "
