"The condo we stayed out was beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. The room facilities were clean, organized, & helpful for us travelers. There was an equiped kitchen, washing machine, separate bathtub & shower, a separate living space, & a balcony. Additionally, the roof had a gym & pool that overlooked the city. We would stay here again & highly recommend it to others."

"Great place to stay. We stayed for 5 nights for both remote working and exploring Chiang Mai. Sky River pool is great but lacks any shade from the sun. 7-Eleven right across the road is very convenient. Gym is small with max 25kg dumbells. 20 Minute walk to Old City. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, and there is a tourist information office at the bottom of the building."

"We had a lovely stay in Lucas apt in a quite side street very close to the night market. While we had some issues with one of the keys for front door, Lucas was very attentive and helpful in resolving the issue. Would have no hesitation recommending the apt for a as a base to explore the lovey city and environs of Chang Mai"

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided ( Soap, shampoo, dish and clothes washing detergent etc. ) There was also water and some drinks and snacks! We were given an apartment in dCondo Ping instead of dcondo sing (It didn’t ruin our stay, but the listing should be amended so it doesn’t confuse future guests) There wasn’t any cookware as stated, and the bathroom could have done with a better clean (hair still clogged up in the shower drain) You have to purchase your own toilet paper as you’re only provided with one and don’t receive housekeeping. "1. Every staffs are warm and kind. There is no front desk but I have no problem throughout my stay because I am alway connected to host Tom via on-line. 2. Excellent for kids - Sony PS is there with big TV screen!!! My two sons preferr this apartment rather than 5 star resorts now. 3. "The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here...
