SPACE
You will have our entire Saloon for your enjoyment during your stay. The Saloon is located on the first level of the home and has a walkout patio. It is securely locked off from the rest of the house for your private enjoyment. You will receive a key-less entry code a few hours prior to your arrival. The space is heated and cooled by the upper unit thermostat and being on the lower level, tends to be cooler. There is a space heater in the winter months for extra comfort, as well as extra blankets to wrap yourselves in. Extra Blankets, as well as linens for the sofa bed are stored underneath the sectional, on the longest side. Pulling up slowly from the front allows access to the storage space.
The Saloon offers FULL PRIVATE KITCHEN, BATH AND LAUNDRY as well as fresh linens, complementary coffee/tea, wifi and a printer if needed. Feel free to make use of our SMART TV with PC to check your emails or browse the internet.
Long terms stays are welcomed on a month to month basis. We offer up to 20% in discounts for qualifying guests.

ACCESS
Guest will enter into the main door via a key-less entry. The first stairwell is a common entrance for everyone. It will take you up then down towards the “Whiskey Bottom Saloon” marked door, where you will enter another code for key-less entry. The codes will be provided prior to your arrival. Guest will also be provided a key for entry and exit into the space and is to be left at checkout.
GUEST INTERACTION
We love checking in with our guests after arrival and and prior to the end of your stay. We are available 24 hrs a day whether by phone or in person, just let us know what you need.
NEIGHBORHOOD
It is a sort after, quiet development with many professionals and military families young and old alike.
GETTING AROUND
Camden line MARC station is only 2.2 miles from the house. You may use this line from Laurel Main street to go to DC on week days if you do not want to drive into DC, there is UBER and LYFT.
PARKING
Driveway parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Best fits one vehicle, However, two cars may be able to be parked once staggered. Make use of designated visitor spaces as needed. Towing is strictly enforced in marked visitor spaces if parked for 3 consecutive days without moving.
Parking is not allowed on the curb or sidewalk in front of the home.
Additional parking is available on Fisher Hill Rd- directly across from the house near the community entrance. Cars can park there as long as needed, without having to worry about being towed.
OTHER
Some commercial or industrial Vehicles are not allowed due to HOA regulations. Please let us know if you plan on using any of these types of vehicles, so we can confirm whether it’s appropriate or not.
