I have two smaller children , the elevator didn't work the entire stay , and was on the third floor, first room that I was in ,tv didn't work nor did the door have a lock on it .

Smelled like cigarettes. The elevator didnt work which was an inconvenience taking stairs with two young kids. House keeping staff wasnt available that weekend to get more towels. But room was clean and bed comfortable

Facility very poorly maintained and poorly managed. Elevator was bad a month ago and completely broken down a month later, had to use the stairs throughout my both stays, even while on the 5th floor. Very dirty environment, stairs and rooms. Carpets stained by very visible dirts in many corners, litters here and there, large amount of hairs stuck on walls, towels, dirty bath tubs, beed sheets don’t look clean. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge for guests. Rooms keys not functioning right, receptionist/concierge can do better.

This place is roach infested. We had to switch rooms three times due to roaches on the 3rd floor. I had to run to the lobby four times with a 2 year old and the key cards barely work. Then the agent but a work order in on a scrap piece of paper. It’s ghetto I do not recommend and strange guys hang in the lobby all night.

keys do not work if they go near another electronic room and hall smelled of drugs 4AM i left to drive and people still in parking lot "partying" they charged me $100 security deposit AFTER i paid for the room online so had no choice but no idea if I will ever get the deposit returned to me. NEVER had this done to me before on many travels. Coffee maker did not work overall was just not good experience.

The night shift front desk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was not as clean as we expected. Our lamp shade has stains, our bedsheet stinks and there’s also stains. We asked for room service and nobody came to clean. I hope that theres more than 1 trashcan in the room.

I enjoyed my stay. The was was very pleasant and in rhe holiday spirit. The decorations were beautiful. However, the elevator was not working and the repair men were there to fix it. Thank God they were able to find us a room on the first floor.
