Exclusive Sunken Living Room Soaring Exposed Brick

This unique, open concept rowhome with its historic yet modern feel, brings instant visual bliss upon admission. As you and your guest enter the front door, you are greeted with an astounding view of the sunken living room guarded by a wall of soaring exposed brick. From the front, luminous maple floors lead you to an open dining area with granite counters, gas for cooking, a stainless-steel refrigerator with water and ice machine. Ample cabinet space is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Also provided are a Rice Cooker, Keurig K Classic Coffee Maker with a variety of coffee, a Popcorn popping machine, an Electric Kettle with a variety of tea, PUR water filter, and a full-sized Crockpot for slow-cooking meals. The space even accommodates a bar on wheels and a 2-person glider loveseat. Past the kitchen is the half bathroom (bidet included) with laundry. Heading upstairs via the custom metal staircase, you will find a continuation of the maple floors guiding you to a spacious guest bedroom and full bathroom, also a luxurious master suite with full bathroom (bidet included) and a relaxing jetted tub with a separate shower that is tastefully tiled. The lower level has plenty of seating including a rocking chair and the blue couch turns into a bed. There is a separate office space with a built-in computer desk, comfortable chairs and a great selection of returnable reading materials. The office also has a full-sized bed for much needed rejuvenation. Each television has a Roku streaming stick for you and your guests to easily log in to your subscribed services. HBO Max, Disney, PureFlix and BET + are included and ready for streaming on each television. This home was built in 1920, along with a vast number of others, to accommodate the swelling population of Baltimore City after the Civil War. Your historic yet modern “home away from home” is ready for you. It’s a bright, contemporary, peaceful space, with all the amenities you need for the perfect stay in Baltimore.

Even better than expected
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The amenities that Matthew provided were great -- there were mints, lollypops, and granola bars for each of us upon arrival. The space is incredible! From the Master Suite with a king-sized bed that was adjustable to the other bedrooms that were comfortable and cozy. Also, we loved the small details, like the beautiful paintings and decorations, plus the "Baltimore Bucket List" to check-off. Everything was clean and neat, and anytime we had a question, Matthew responded immediately and effectively. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit!
