I would never stay in this place, it clearly stated that it has breakfast all they have is a small table at the lobby entrance with a pot of coffee and a small container with 3-4 mini muffins, they should remove the advertising of free breakfast because is misleading and is against the law. I would not recommend this place .

The stay was nice the people at the front desk was very friendly. Only thing I think they have homeless people stay there too. On two of the floors but there was no problem with them they stay out the way of the guest.

Booked a last minute one night stay, I usually stay around the Inner Harbor for this price therefore assumed Americas Best Value Inn would be decent option. Almost everything about this location seems that came out a late 80's magazine. Shower was difficult to operate, TV remote did not work, A/C unit did not work on Auto mode, etc. To top it off "breakfast" is nothing but coffee and premade/bagged mini muffins placed on top of a folding table along the main lobby.
