The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

I normally do not take the time to review anything, but this property deserves a review. Where to start. First, once I paid in full, I received an email that made some reference to a glitch in their system, saying it was not exactly at the same address as advertised. Parking was advertised as in the building - very important to me - turns out it was in a garage up the street. Best part is the Swarm that greets you in the master bath, every morning, and then follows you around the apartment the rest of the day. Don't bother attempting to kill all of the flies, more will reappear. Too bad, as this property has a ton of potential and other than the flies, Baltimore in general, and the misrepresentations, could be a very nice apartment. I suspect the management company is responsible, more so than an absentee owner, but who knows. Bottom line, not worth the premium price paid...

The apartment was beautiful as was the property and amenities. The owner was responsive. However, the property management company should do a better job with trash removal etc. When paying these prices, our stay should not have been focused on how to get rid of fruit flies/gnats. They were in the apartment, they were in the hallway and elevators-they were everywhere. Residents of this building were also complaining and had traps on their doors. I would also suggest guests pay for their own parking instead of paying through the owner. It was cheaper and it was the same garage. I would definitely recommend to friends as long as they fix the gnat problem!

This was our first urban high-rise stay and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to ditch the standard hotel. The location was exceptionally convenient to inner-harbor sites, the convention center, and Camden yards. The property didn't disappoint and the amenities were as described or better. The property managers and agents were pro-active, attentive and helpful. 5-Stars all the way.

It was so fun to stay downtown on the 30th floor where we were above almost everything else! Everything was within walking distance and we felt very safe! The gym and common areas were a great addition! The property manager was very responsive and knowledgeable. Will stay here again! The ONLY thing, which didn't bother us was there were a lot of sirens - but thats a big city for ya!

Want to go to the Ravens game or Candle Stick. This is a good spot to stay. Close to the stadiums, with in walking, I want to say within a mile. Very Nice place with good views to look out. Everything was very clean and maintained. Thank you for the snacks because I traveled all day and need something till we could get food. Great customer service. I appreciated them checking in with me after my stay. Will go back.
