"A truly horrible experience. Do not recommend anyone to go to this place. First of all we arrived at night they went to the parking lot they did not know English they drove us crazy they brought us to another hotel that also belongs to them and just understood that it was a mistake and we were right. The room had a heavy smell of smoking even though it was nonsmoking rooms, they did not know any English was hard to communicate sucks at the levels we just wanted to go and leave the place no one...

"Il posto è proprio trascurato,anni sessanta,come ci tiene a dire il proprietario. Riscaldamento assente,in quanto una legge(?), sostiene il proprietario,lo obbliga ad accendere il 30 ottobre....mha...Servizi igienici rosa,anni sessanta appunto, pure scheggiati. Vasca da bagno da cambiare. Essendo mia moglie ipovedente con grosse difficoltà deambulatorie,ha dovuto affrontare una serie interminabile di gradini, dall' ingresso in poi. "This was our second week staying. Unfortunately the housekeeping wasn't as good, lack of towels toilet paper, water, room not cleaned correctley and a couple of nights the restaurant was closed due to private functions. Servers, owners for breakfast and dinner very pleasant "

"very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned."
