"Such a cool place to stay. 15 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway with beautiful Mountain views from the front porch of my cabin. Each cabin has two rooms but if you’re just renting one, they won’t put strangers next door...so you have the place to yourself. Staff was so nice. I didn’t eat meals there but found it very charming that they serve family style and even ring a bell when it’s time to eat. The whole stay was like taking a step back in time in the best way. I’ll definitely be back."

"Mountainous location with basic needs for the kitchenette, woodburning stove for heat in the family room and comfortable beds. This host was great! She had the cabin all ready and offered help with maintaining the woodburning stove and recommendation for the area. We went to the area to pick up a tree at Mehaffey Tree Far where we not only got a beautiful tree but met the owners who were very nice and posed for a picture with our Newfoundland dog. "Check in was easy, room was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Everything in place that was needed.thry said Breakfast was available and the gentleman in the morning went out of his way to make sure breakfast was there. Actually saw elk on the property in the morning. Will definitely reserve rooms here again."
