Atendimento bom, quartos limpos. A localização é boa, porém o movimento da rua incomoda um pouco por estar na via mais movimentada da cidade. Pagar pelo estacionamento, demora para a retirada do carro com o manobrista, e o fato do café ser em outro local (a poucos metros é verdade) foram os pontos fracos.

Não recomendo este hotel, pois o mesmo ofereceu o anúncio o estacionamento gratuito , porém no ato da hospedagem foi cobrado RS 40,00 a diária de estacionamento. Além de o Estacionamento ser terceirizado em outro local Foi detectado pelos nos lençóis e travesseiro sujo de suor, ou seja questionei na recepção mas insistiram que foram q trocados os lençóis e fronhas sendo que se encontravam sujas , tive que tirar e dormir com 2 mantinhas que tinha levado da minha casa! O vaso do banheiro a tampa se encontrava suja O ar-condicionado muito velho que nem tive coragem de ligar. ou seja. O anúncio não entrega o que promete! Infelizmente tirei as fotos mas meu filho mexendo perdeu todas!!!

O hotel é bem localizado. Perto da praia e do comércio. Upgrade de café em hotel da rede, muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Boa limpeza. Senti falta de um frigobar. No mais, uma boa relação custo-benefício.

Hotel simples sem elevador para o primeiro andar. Precisa carregar malas por escada alta até a Portaria. Atendentes são corteses. Ótima localização. Não recomendável para pessoas de Terceira Idade. Café da Manha em outro hotel da Rede Pires a cerca de 100 metros de distância, bem servido.
