With a six meter window facing the sea, the apartment was refurbished by Neusa with great care and attention to detail.

The wooden floor is a charm apart. The American kitchen, equipped with the best appliances, allows guests to integrate the dining environment with the living room and the marvelous view.

Wine lovers fall in love with the wine cellar with temperature differentiated for white and red wines. The bowls are of the highest quality and give a special flavor to the wine. Sleeping at the sound of the waves and the smell of the sea is simply a luxury for the few.

In this sense, each of our five-bedroom apartments has its charm and a particular history. All are in the same building on the edge of the beach, on Avenida Atlântica between 1901 and 2001, in Barra Norte.

We value comfort and comfort and all our apartments have wi-fi, air conditioning, cable TV and fully equipped kitchen.

We follow the condo policy and do not accept pets of any size.

Check-in time is at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10:00 am on the date of departure. These times can be relaxed both on the date of arrival and on the date of departure, by prior agreement with us and provided there is no other guest with arrival / departure date on the same day.

Private Parking in the same building: rent apart
The garage is rented separately, as we only have 3 garages to serve our 4 apartments. Each garage has a numbered box and ours are garages 210, 303 and 319. If all of our garages are already rented, it is possible to rent the neighbors garage upon arrival.
