"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"Great location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Front desk says was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help us communicate with the bus company where we lost a bag. Restaurant has a nice view from the dining room. Breakfast buffet was nice."

Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken. "
