"I cannot recommend the Highland Bear Lodge highly enough. What a stunning location and place to stay. Everything was absolutely lovely and very unique. We stayed in the Prince Charlie room and it was absolutely gorgeous. I have never stayed anywhere with an in room breakfast provision, but it worked so well and we really enjoyed it. "Ranald and Caroline were the most excellent hosts! My brother and I stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed the coziness of their bed and breakfast. We also loved that the location was a short walk to the Inverness city center, especially enjoying all of the spring blooms. Each morning Ranald and Caroline provided a lovely breakfast with coffee and tea. They also recommended several places in and around Inverness and were so kind and personable. We really enjoyed our stay! I hope to be back...

Location-wise, 5 stars! I especially enjoyed walking across the street to the Visitor Center for tour bookings, was within a stone throw of Nessie exhibition center, and drove out to do 360 trails around Loch Ness...

"Owner arranged early entry and communicated well over WhatsApp. Room was very comfortable and little touches like the muffin and milk in the fridge for an afternoon cuppa go a long way. Everything was well planned out for breakfast the following Morning and wow what a choice ! House is situated amongst trees and I would highly recommend!
