"We had a fantastic stay at Glasson Lake House—beautiful setting, stylish decor, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The views over the lake are breathtaking, and the whole place is spotlessly clean. Bonnie’s restaurant served delicious food, and we enjoyed pints while watching the rugby in Tom’s Bar. The lakeside views are stunning. The only downside was a booking issue with Hotels.com—I thought I’d booked a dog-friendly room, but it wasn’t confirmed, and the hotel never received my message. Unfortunately, we couldn’t bring our dog, which was disappointing. Otherwise, a perfect getaway!"

We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. "A very well looked after hotel in a prime location. The staff were very friendly, informative and efficient. Our room was very spacious, warm and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. Plenty of dining opportunities and great pubs with entertainment for anyone looking for a good night out. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone seeking a weekend break."
