My family did get sick during our visit and David was on it! I followed him i to town to get medicine for my son and husband. David checked in several times to make sure we were ok, and if we needed a doctor. Thankfully we didnt but having the owners close by meant that we could reach out if we needed anything. "We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...

"A delightful step back in time while having all the modern conveniences. Cottage was renovated beautifully with every attention to detail and in keeping with its old world charm. Sonia, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to really enjoy the cottage in the evenings around the fire. "This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "

"The staff was great and the bed was very comfortable. Within easy walking distance to the castle and there were options for dining close by. The breakfast included was very good too. Amazing place to stay!"
