"Beautiful hotel and facilities. Check in was simple. Room was clean and we loved the record player and drinks available. The cocktails in the bar were great. Our main issue was the service in the restaurant and the prices of the food. €45 for steak before sides is very steep and especially in a restaurant where the staff are dressed super casual and not very attentive. While the food we got was tasty, the prices just don’t fit with the casual feel of the hotel. "

"Nice functional hotel. Good sleep (bar being woken up at 2am by a loud man on corridor but that's not the hotels fault) Breakfast fine; nothing exceptional. Only negative really was that the water in shower was too hot. Spoke to reception twice (morning and evening) but to no avail. Water too hot & couldn't be changed second morning again. Gym & pool look lovely: I hadn't time. "

"Front reception was lacking in friendliness and efficiency upon arrival. Dark haired woman was befuddled by my request to have an early check in at 14:05 v. 15:00. She said she would have to reach out to the extensive housekeeping team and made it seem like quite an imposition. I waited for 10 minutes and she never approached me with an answer. "Just the most dingy place to stay at such an outrageous price! Maybe if it was cheaper it wouldn’t be so bad but at the price it’s ridiculous! The showers would only work when the hot tap was also running, one shower door was loose and fell off, not to mention the the mold and peeling paint. Just not worth it, spent the extra and stay in a hotel "
