"Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. There was no socket to plug in hairdryer near the mirror. The staff serving breakfast looked like they weren't enjoying their job. We couldn't get back in after being out with friends that night. Door was locked, rang intercom few times only to be told there was no one there. Finally a man opened the door and said "you should have used the intercom" I did 3 times and knocked hard on the door. I think we should have been told at check in that the door...

"Check in process was horrific. fine print the receipt claimed I was supposed to contact them 48’hours ahead so they could coordinate my check in. Who ever hears of such a thing, when they knew when I was checking in and all that was required is sending an email with the lock box key? Instead then on site manager never answered the phone when we arrived at 4 pm and after 2 hours we had to get a room elsewhere. We wish we had just stayed at that place but since we has PhD ahead in full for the 5...
