"I really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, the staff was welcoming and there is plenty to do in the area. Also the restaurant attached to the hotel was very good! The only thing is our room was near the alleyway and it can be a bit loud with late night party-goers yelling about. But not much you can do about that!"

"The check-in staff were exceptionally friendly and explained that they would accommodate an earlier check-in as soon as our room was ready. The lobby is really stunning, with fireplaces and a cozy ambience. The bar and restaurant on site were really nice too. I would recommend staying for breakfast, which we did. "This is an older facility - the room is small, but clean. The staff is wonderful. Parking was free on the street. Our room faced the harbor - beautiful - even with lousy weather. Not much open at night due to poor weather. We managed to fine a good pub. Breakfast was wonderful!"

"We are arrived on Friday and was greeted by Margret at reception lovely women very friendly checked us in and bright us to the lift and off we went Rooms are basic but spotless clean . What more would you want the bar staff is all happy and very nice people . We didn't mean one rude person in the hotel . The food is 10/10 and all roasting hot as it should be . "Our party loved our stay at Park Lane. The location can't be beat and the common areas were excellent. The washer/dryer situation is abysmal and carpet throughout is stained and dirty. Those are easy fixes to have a perfect property. "
