"The Glasshouse was truly a lovely experience. My room was comfortable and quiet, the view was incredible, and breakfast was consistently lovely. But what made the experience memorable was the staff. I can’t call anyone out because they were all exceptional. Every single person treated me like I was the most important person to ever stay there. "

Lovely clean carpets though . My only issue was the lack of soundproofing . We were in room 7 and were kept awake till 4am due to the noisy people in room above as we could hear the slightest bang that they made."

We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. Decided to book again the next night it went so well. "
