"Reception is two steps away from the bar which was hosting an event. It was very difficult to communicate with the receptionist despite her best efforts. If I was her I would contacting Fair Work to see if her employment conditions are legal. She will suffer industrial deafness at some stage in the future. Ramada - you have goos staff, look after them."
