"The property is indeed unique- a very modern and nicely fitted out hotel, hidden away in a crumbling atmospheric palazzo. My bed was comfortable, my water hot, my sockets all working. It fely very safe, breakfast was nice, the staff excptional. Very close to the station, but on a main street in the old city. Only disadvantage: no lift. So for people who can't do stairs, it's ill advised. I loved the hotel and would certainly choose it again."

"Terrific property. Beautiful room & building. Central location. 15min walk from central train station. Staff were outstanding. Nice terrace for coffee in morning. Little noisy outside on street but we were tired at night so didnt matter. Cud ask for interior room if sensitive to noise i believe. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent hotel. I have a gluten sensitivity and am also a diabetic on a blood sugar sensor. I am nearly impossible to feed. There were abundant gf options on the breakfast buffet, and I was also able to get a hot gf breakfast prepared for me. The omelets were delicious, and I could get a cappuccino every morning, all included. The wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten and kept me safe. I got a hot stone massage at the hotel spa. It was excellent, and inexpensive. In general, the hotel is beautiful, and architecturally interesting. My room was very comfortable, and the view from my room is in the hotel brochure. I highly recommend this hotel."
