"After 29 visits to the iom this is a 1st staying in a rented property after being let down by a hotel. We'll definitely be using this type of accommodation again. Only sorry we didnt discover it years ago. "

"Whilst property looked good on arrival, no heating or hot water for 24 hours. Mattresse very thin and cheap couldn't sleep on it had to use sofa bed, bins not emptied daily, kettle ridiculous faulty plugs in kitcken to use toaster. Accused when left of breaking toilet lid and leaving toilet brush covered in feace and smoking in there we smoked out side it must have blown in as it was windy. AVOID THIS APARTMENT. Lots of noise above, would never stay there again we both come back with soar...

"Ideal location for getting around the island. Really good property however being slightly disabled i found the wooden staircase a challenge. It meant i had to drink less to avoid frequent toilet trips...ha ha. Would certainly recommend."

"Wonderful in-city location, walkable to shops, pubs, electric train, and other transport. Home was well appointed, fantastic ‘user notebook’ informative for all features of the home. Parking was tight but managers gave easy alternatives. Highly recommend for a stay."

"This home is within a short walk from the quaint square of Castletown. It is really cute inside for two people. We only slept and had breakfast there everyday as we were out and about for the rest of the time. We enjoyed the village square and the restaurants there as well. Access to the rail station and catching the bus at the square was a real bonus. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Amazing views and great location. Lovely kitchen and dining room. Did not use the living room as found it dark and uncomfortable. Used the back door once and needed several attempts to lock it again. Disappointed that there has been several comments about this bit nothing has been done. Plenty of hot water but the shower a bit off putting with all the mould on the tiles. Spent a lot of time sat on the veranda but had to be careful as kept getting scratched from the branches overhaning. Would I...

"Eary cushlin was a perfect place to reconnect with close family. I used to live on the island through my teens and visited my grandparents since I was born. We now have a family of 6 and rented this property to return to the island after 10 years. The view south is one of my favorite views on earth, and the walk to white beach is only about 20 mins. "Wonderful, spacious and comfortable property. Very quiet with a beautiful outlook over the countryside. Well-equipped kitchen so great for cooking. Golf courses were all within 20 mins drive, as are the range of supermarkets and shopping in Douglas, and Castletown Links is thoroughly recommended. Port Erin is lovely and we had delicious fish and chips there. A slightly slow draining shower tray and a rather dated TV were the only minor drawbacks but we'd return in a shot! Thanks for having us."
