"Das Apartment ( wir hatten Nummer fünf) wurde wirklich sehr hochwertig erneuert. Ein tolles Bad, die bemalten Wände wirklich sehenswert. Auch die Isolation im Dachgeschoss musste wirklich hervorragend gelöst sein, denn bei über 30° Außentemperatur heizte sich das Zimmer nicht auf. Leider war die Kücheneinrichtung sehr minimalistisch. Ein kleiner Kochtopf ohne Deckel, eine kleine Pfanne, keine Schüssel kein Brotmesser, kein Flaschenöffner und so weiter. Wer nur Kaffee trinkt und sich ein Brötchen...

"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"This was our first stop on a trip all around Germany and was the perfect place to stay as we explored the Black Forest region. Thomas, our host, was very helpful in answering questions as we prepared for our trip even before arrival. The home was beautiful, clean and the perfect size for us. Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat."

"Die Erklärungen unserer Vermieterin waren sehr klar und jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas brauchten, ging sie auf uns ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht ist sehr schön (auch wenn es im Frühling oder Sommer besser sein muss) und die Gegend ist ideal für alle Arten von Spaziergängen.
