"Stayed for 4 nights .. 1. Had to wait for more than an hour for room to be ready when checked in at 6PM. 2. Bath rooms were stinking inspire of cleaning. Wash liquids were not refilled for 4 nights we stayed in the hotel. 3. Over-all lacking cleanliness in the common areas of the floor. Staff were friendly and did their best they got. "

"A simple hotel. Room cleaned on request and amenities provided on request. Breakfast initially difficult to negotiate for 8am; improved during stay. Walking distance to Balewadi stadium. Good local eateries."

Incredibly comforts and hospitality

"This is just a fantastic hotel, with incredible amenities, food, and most crucially - staff. We had an amazing 3 night stay as a family right from our check in experience to the final checkout. Highlights were the child friendly check out process, the quality of the breakfast spread and Asian restaurant, as well as the housekeeping team from Royce and the Ayurvedic massage by Martha. The pool and the desserts at PSB were just the cherry on the cake (no pun intended)l"
