"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "

"Our room was lovely and we had windows overlooking the Christmas Market. Property was clean and well cared for. Although a little dated I would stay here again if and when we come back to Brussels. "

"Great knowledgeable receptionist . Helped me taking a train in time or I’d missed the train . He always smile and friendly . I was at the property in June . It was the same guy. Forgot to ask his name though . Thank you . "

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful—when we had trouble charging our EV in the car park, he came downstairs with us and manually fixed the issue. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to get two nights of good sleep."

"It was a good all round experience. Staff were friendly. The rooms comfortable and well looked after. The hot breakfast could be improved and the food quality and options in the cafe also need to be reviewed. However, a good hotel and I would stay here again. "

"Great inexpensive place to stay when in Bruges. Well located, directly next to the main square with all the sites, bars and restaurants of Bruges within easy walking distance. We stayed in a “charming” room with shower. Decor was basic, but bedding and bathroom were more than adequate. Good check in staff. A decent bar that stayed open late. "Great quirky hotel right off the main square! Loved all the little touches they have like complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Also the elevator was quite entertaining! Make sure you hit the “push here” button, you won’t be disappointed!!!’ "

"We had an amazing time at Thon hotel. The room was modern and super clean. The front desk team was so professional and knowledgeable especially Cristina and Christa. The hotel is well located, just a few steps away from public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"What an absolute delightful experience at Steigenberger. Location is central, and tram line is right at the doorstep. The hotel gives you a luxurious feel, the interiors are stunning and the place is spacious. The breakfast hall is huge and the food was excellent. The staff were absolutely friendly and supportive, 5 stars to the staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience 🤗"

Unbelievable experience

"This was our second time here. We felt so rested the room was so comfortable,. Everything was above expectation and didn't disappoint, I love the bed, slept like babies. My husband and I are tall people and we felt like ants in that bed. It was so damn comfortable and bathroom was so classy with everything you need and everything was of good quality not the dry stuff that leaves your skin itching. The staff was lovely and the restaurant had a lot of options on offer for all meals.one of the best burgers I've had and pheasant breast and the beef stew thingy was yum. Will go back if I can again. Great experience"
