Welcome to Sea and Tee, your perfect vacation home on Bald Head Island, North Carolina! Our fully equipped home is located in the Killegray Ridge / Flora's Bluff community, just a short walk from Beach Access #31. Our home is situated in a beautiful, secluded, and unspoiled environment that offers a safe, peaceful family retreat and a romantic couples getaway.

Our home features a wrap-around front porch with rockers and a porch swing, perfect for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The rear patio has outdoor seating, an outdoor, private, enclosed hot/cold water shower, and a propane grill, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining.

The first floor of our home offers an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas, wood floors, nine-foot ceilings, and a half bath. The large, well-stocked kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four, glass-front cabinets, and a beachy terra-cotta tile floor. The living area has a large-screen internet-ready cable TV (all smart TVs or equipped with Firesticks), perfect for movie nights with the family. The dining area features a beautiful, custom-made dining table and seats six.

The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, wood floors, and nine-foot ceilings. These second-floor bedrooms are perfect for adult couples. The second-floor owners' bedroom has a small private deck facing south toward the water, a work area with a desk, small flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a newly renovated private bath with double sinks and a spacious shower.

Our home is just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach via the neighborhood's private boardwalk system. Our beaches are never crowded, so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing day at the beach with your family. Sea & Tee is the perfect vacation home for families with children and one set of grandparents or two families (where all kids bunk together on the third floor). We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

The home comes with two golf carts. One is a four-seater Club Car and the other is a brand new 2025 Bintelli six-seater cart.

This home is pet friendly. Please note that we do charge a pet security deposit.

Sea & Tee is a duplex, but you’d never know it. It is very private and if you have neighbors while you are here, we'd bet you would not even realize it.

Amazing long weekend on Bald Head Island
Stayed here for a long weekend with my wife and dog for Badwater Cape Fear 51 miler. The house is super nice, spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there and had fun driving the golf cart around to the market and restaurants. Great location close to the beach. Josh was very responsive. Recommend the property to anyone staying on Bald Head!

We had a lovely stay at Josh's Killegray Ridge beach house. The house was a perfect size and had everything that we needed for a great week at Bald Head. We especially enjoyed walking across the street to the beach in the evenings for incredible stargazing. We look forward to a return trip!

Perfect Getaway!
We have been going to BHI for over 20 years! See and Tee was perfect for a long weekend getaway, having space for two couples and their furry friends very comfortably! Would definitely rent this property again!

We had a great stay at Sea & Tee! The house had lots of extras for the beach (toys, towels, chairs, etc) and is in a great location with boardwalk access to the beach. Owner was very responsive! Thanks for a great visit!

What a way to start summer!
This home is perfect. The Milliken House feels like home, not a cold, sterile rental or hotel room. The living areas are roomy, with lovely spaces for adults and kids alike. The bedrooms are cool and quiet. The kitchen has every conceivable item to make great meals at home. The location couldn't be better. Walk across the street to the beach, or take a quick golf cart or bike ride to the Conservancy or Shoal's Club. The owner responded immediately to any questions we had, and seemed truly interested that we enjoy our stay on the island.

Everything you need steps from the beach
Wow! Incredible stay. You can tell this is a home the owners use and enjoy themselves. They have everything you need. Beach towels, tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing rods, umbrellas, sand toys. Kitchen has a great blender, instant pot, all the tools you need and actually sharp knives. If you are coming anytime in the next year don't buy coffee filters (accidentally bought a new pack then found another). Beach access is across the street and very convenient. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus. Given that the food on the island is often lacking we loved cooking in the kitchen and grilling outside. King bed was comfy. Never noticed neighbor on the shared wall- felt like a detached house. The library had so many current fun reads. Unexpected bonus! Truly just show up with your clothes and enjoy your stay.

Well-appointed; great location!
I stayed with my husband, parents and two babies the past 8 nights. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Very responsive, accomdodating owner. Two king size beds was very nice to have and everyone commented on how extremely comfortable they were. Large bedrooms and adorable third floor room with bunk beds. Every necessity thought of to make the stay very comfortable - dog crate, pack n play, baby gate, beach supplies, kitchen gadgets galore, good size tv, comfortable couch, nice grill, beach towels, new appliances, two golf carts (one 6 seater.) We had more than we needed! The only addition we'd love to see is an outdoor table to eat at though the rocking chairs and porch swing were thoroughly enjoyed. The beautiful porch was once of our favorite parts of the house. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We hope to be back!

Disappointed
We rented this house because it had a full baby crib available, which was key for our 17 month old, but I wish we had chosen a different house - crib or no crib. We arrived at the appointed check-in time at 4pm and all doors were locked. The tumbler lock for the extra house key had been corroded, so after a long day of traveling to the house, we weren't able to get in. After speaking with the property manager, we were able to gain access. The house floor plan is fantastic. Lovely open feel with lots of room. Unfortunately (again), the house was very run down. There were cob webs on the sconces and in the bathroom corners, lights burnt out in the bathroom, no place for storage in the guest bathroom or guest bedroom (the one with the crib). There are so many light switches that it's confusing to try to figure out which ones to use to light up a room. We would go around and try them all to try to figure it all out. There was paint chipped from the ceiling in the kid's loft room, so I didn't feel comfortable having my daughter play around in there. The furniture was worn in and in general the house is very outdated. My daughter ended up hating the crib and insisted on sleeping with us in our bed - so that won't make a difference in our future purchase. I was really excited for the homey, comfortable, kitchy feel this house gave in the photos, but when we arrived we really saw how outdated and run down the house was. House aside, Bald Head is a beautiful place and I'm happy that we visited. We were just disappointed with this property.

Excellent Rental!
This is the 6th time we have rented this home. It has everything we need for a great family vacation. The location is wonderful and we have always found the house clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Wewould definitely choose this house
