"The easy private security check point at the hotel was super convenient. It was so close to the international departures. But the frosting on the cake, were the insanely friendly and helpful staff. From the second we arrived they took good care of us, and even helped get our bags up to our check in gate. Everyone we met was so friendly and kind. They are the main reason we plan on only staying here when we have future early flights out of Izmir. "

Thanks to morning dedicated counter team on 30th Dec date for their help and warm welcoming they arranged early check in for me without hesitation. Thanks to breakfast team for nice service."
