"Booked a room listing air conditioning, then was given a room with no AC during peak summer. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available. The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading. "

"This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"When we arrived at 3 am receptionist was really friendly she gave us the key to our room,( room 13 ). The room was clean but very noisy. Rattling noises what's coming out of the walls we have to complain to change the room although the receptionist do know about this issue as she's aware why she didn't offer us another room to start with so we had to pack all our stuff again and move to a different room it actually ruined our night as we was only stopping to sleep and as everyone know you have to check out by 11. In general the hotel is clean the breakfast was ok but not much varieties to offer So please everyone avoid Room 13 if you want to have a good sleep"
