This place is like having a 'real' home in a typical residential area of Pisa. "The property is well presented on 2 floors (upstairs 2 single beds and en-suite shower) large master bedroom with separate bathroom, it is immaculately clean and well equipped. The property overlooks the amphitheatre which is vibrant with restaurants and musicians. It is about as central as you can get within the walls of Lucca. We so enjoyed our stay and we book again for next year."

"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Also could do with a more comfortable sofa Had a lovely holiday and Lucca is beautiful. Will be back"

"The location is fabulous. A beautiful walk around the bend will lead you to the Pisa tower ..a warm gesture of a bottle of wine and snacks by the host was so welcoming! "We enjoyed the stay at this property. It is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from Pisa’s main square. There is a cute sitting area outside that is quiet and relaxing. The host uses WhatsApp to communicate, but was very quick to respond and helpful with all questions. The only issue with this property is the parking. Locating a space nearby was challenging. The free parking lot is a 20 minute walk and not feasible for bringing luggage. Street parking is extremely limited and metered...

"Very private property set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and all facilities required for a stay. I particularly liked the small garden. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it.
