Character apartment in beautiful stone house from 1732 fully restored in 2013.
The property is ideally located in a very quiet hamlet in the village of Balazuc, a village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France.
Near the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the famous Caverne du Pont d'Arc, it will give you access to
most beautiful site of our region.
The river Ardèche is accessible on foot, a wild beach offers the charm of the preserved places.
The pool is installed on a hillside in faysses
as are here named terraces supported by stone walls.
Very sunny, it enjoys a beautiful view of the plain and the surrounding hills.
It is to share with our other 2 rentals La Maison des Vignes and Les Faysses.
La Calade offers quality services in an authentic environment.
It has a covered terrace by the stone vault overlooking the plain wine.
The living room is bright and tastefully arranged.
The master bedroom is large and has a bathroom.
A second bedroom can accommodate 2 people, a 2nd bathroom is located in front.
The rental has a great comfort with dishwasher, washing machine, TV ......

Very nice accommodation for 4 people. Thick walls so no need for airconditioning. Only one minor point, this building doesn’t allow for proper cooking.

Die Ferienwohnung war außergewöhnlich. Der Pool war wirklich toll. Sehr nette Vermieterin die auch aktuelle Tipps für aktuelle Veranstaltungen weiter gibt. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Séjour au Top !
Un dépaysement total sur les hauteur de Balazuc, au hameau des Louanes au Pigeonnier des Louanes. Nous avons séjourné à 4 pendant deux semaines dans le gîte La Calade. Notre gîte est magnifique, restauré avec goût et spacieux. Très bien équipé, il dispose de tout avec tout le confort nécessaire. La décoration est moderne et se marie parfaitement avec le cachet authentique des lieux. Enfin notre hôtesse, Véronique. D'une grande gentillesse et un sens de l'accueil irréprochable, Véronique a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour pour tout le monde, elle nous donné de supers conseils pour les visites des villes alentours, shopping, glaces, etc Le juste dosage : attentive à notre confort et à nos envies sans être intrusive. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement à l'aise, et avons pris un réel plaisir à la croiser tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et avons déjà hâte d'y revenir !

Tolle Anlage in toller Umgebung
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einer tollen Anlage, die von einer sehr liebevollen und aufmerksamen Eigentümerin betreut wird. Sie ist immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt, gibt Ausflugstips und hilft auch mit Informationen weiter. Einmalig und super herzlich! Die Gegend lädt zu vielen Unternehmungen ein und man kann ganz herrlich entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great stay
Beautiful, calm place with a nice swimmimg pool. Due to the thick walls it stays cool inside over the day.The owner was very friendly. You can walk to Balazuc in 15-20 min and to the river in 10 min. Lots of outdoor activities nearby and direct access to the bike path (former railway). To buy food and bread you need the car or at least a bike. We enjoyed a great week here.

Etwas ganz Besonderes!
La Calade ist ein wunderschönes Appartement, das sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend gestaltet ist! Das Gewölbe verleiht der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme und begünstigt die natürliche Klimatisierung. Letzteres sehr angenehm nach einem heißen Tag an der Ardèche! Auch das Gelände und der Pool sind fantastisch. Begünstigt durch die Anordnung der insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen hatten wir das Glück, zwei französische Familien kennen zu lernen. Tolle Voraussetzungen für ganz besondere Urlaubsmomente! Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Véronique Lagrange! Jederzeit freundlich, ansprechbar und hilfreich!

Grossartige Ferienwohnung an der Ardeche
"La Calade" ist eine sehr originell und funktional gestaltete Ferienwohnung, deren besonderer Charme in den steinernen Bögen besteht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Lagebeschreibung entspricht in vollem Umfang der Realität. Der Pool ist großzügig gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Lage an der Ardeche mit Blick auf den Wein ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Veronique.

Schönes, modernes Appartement in einem alten Gebäude.
Gute Lage in der Nähe einer schönen Badestelle an der Ardeche - in 15- 20 Minuten zu Fuß auf schönem Weg erreichbar. Kanufahrten, Wandern und Fahrradtouren in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Der Pool, den man mit den Mietern der zwei anderen Wohnungen teilt, ist schön gelegen und es sind für alle Liegestühle und Schirme vorhanden. Balazuc ist sehenswert, aber auch Vogüé ist schön. Die Vermieterin spricht englisch. Die Wohnung ist in einem historischen Gebäude mit gemauerten Rundbögen, aber sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer mit den zwei Betten ist sehr klein, aber Küche und Elternschlafzimmer großzügig. Der eigene Parkplatz erfordert etwas Geschick, eine Grillmöglichkeit gibt es nicht, aber einen Winzer direkt um die Ecke. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Endroit très calme. Logement bien équipé. Terrasse agréable avec une belle vue sur les vignes. Très belle piscine mais température de l’eau un peu frisquette à mon goût. Pour une intimité préservée un rideau sur la porte d entrée et dans la chambre ne seraient pas de trop.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La location est magnifique, authentique avec ses pierres . Très bien équipé et au calme. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Accueil et lieux parfaits
Nous avons passé une semaine mémorable à Balazuc. La location est au calme, les lieux et les propriétaires sont charmants, tout est bien équipé... la Région est magnifique... Passer du temps en se sentant comme à la maison mais loin de la maison était exactement ce que l’on recherchait. Merci encore à Veronique pour son accueil extraordinaire.

Appréciation globalement très bonne. Quelques détails perfectibles bien sûr ( voilage sur la porte fenêtre de la chambre parentale pour plus d’intimité par ex) mais gîte conforme aux photos. Très bon accueil. Belle localisation permettant d’explorer facilement les environs.
