"Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Hotel is nice however we had heating issues with our shower and close to non-existent Wifi or phone signal in our room (apparently their routers don’t work well with Apple products?). Breakfast buffet had many offerings however as delicious as they looked unfortunately it didn’t deliver in taste. Still a pleasant stay at Soto Grande though as their customer service made up for it."

"I like the free breakfast. I don't like the condition of the room and furniture's. The wooden bed post is damaged by termites and the linens and towels are too old. Management/owner should invest on getting new beds, towels and linens and fix the door locks for the rooms and emergency exit doors."
