"Perfect spot for an active retired couple. We spent a week in apt during our month touring Mauritius, Rodrigues and La Reunion. For this stay we didn’t have a car and used the local buses to get to Grand Bay and Port Louis and walked along the coast in both directions. Our daily house keeper Rka was lovely. She brought papaya from her garden and told us which buses to catch to get around much cheaper than Taxi’s. There is a supermarket about a 20 mins walk away and a smaller shop within 300...

"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. "The house had been empty for a long duration throughout Covid. This meant that some of the equipment wasn't in great shape when we arrived eg. We had no hot water for over 11 days. The owners tried their best to fix it themselves, but had to concede defeat and call in a plumber. The house, and it's facilities need updating and renovating eg. Sitting room furniture is very outdated, the downstairs shower cubicle needs replacing/ renovating, the masonry around the swimming pool needs renovating,...

"Lovely villa - as described. Francesca, the maid was delightful and couldn’t be more helpful - she did our washing and cooked a couple of meals as well as keeping the villa nice and clean. Clivy, the property manager was on hand at all times and answered any questions immediately as well as organising transport requirements. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon."

"We were a big group of family, visiting our home country and this house was perfect for us, we were 15 ppl including a teenager, a 6 years old and a 2 years old and we stayed for almost a month. As described there is 2 levels with each level having 3 on-suite, a full kitchen with dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. We really enjoyed the layout of this entire villa as we all had our own space and didn't get annoyed by each other by the end of the trip. Wifi was great the entire time....

"We had a wonderful stay at the property for five weeks, trying out how it would be to retire to Mauritius and live there full time. The property is great, has all it needs for living there and is in a secured, usually quiet area. During our stay, there was some noise due to work on the new build next to the property. We weren't bothered too much, as we usually went out during the day, and the work had finished at the end of the afternoon."

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."
