Amazing
My first stay with them was so good that I canceled stay at another hotel this time and went back to them. Very friendly and mostly English speaking (very less in Azerbaijan) staff. Everything was great.

Went to Baku to see Wales play football against Azerbaijan, Check in was great, even though it was very early in the morning they came to meet us at the taxi and walk us to the hotel. everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good location very near everything.

The right choice.
As expected, this was a real good choice of hotel. The room was big, a had my own entry and a balcony overlooking the street that was a restaurant street close to a fine shoppingstreet. Only 12 minutes walk to the old city. I stayed next to the breakfastroom. The breakfast was good, buffet and the mother made me an omelet. Nice. The youngest son was very helpfull (my wishes)and the reception as a general. I was lent a charger for my iphone, as a had forgotten my own at home, which I am very gratefull about. My only complaint was that there were snow on all the tv channels. I never figured out how to connect the two remotecontrols.

Very nice location in the heart of the city.Rooms not richly decorated but had all the necessary amenities and were clean with daily housekeeping service.Staff very friendly and helpful.There are many restaurants and cafes around and also many shops to enjoy shopping.Baku Boulevard is within 10 mins walking distance from hotel and one can also book tours through the hotel staff at a reasonable rate.

The Location is Amazing in the middle of the downtown with a city view for the rooms. The rooms have all the basic amenities that you need during your travel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was good. However, room was bad, very basic room, room entrance is from breakfast place. Bad smell in the bathroom, I informed the reception staff, he said would do something and would change my room next day but nothing was done, I had to stay in the same room. I left the hotel in 2 days even though I intended to stay there four days.

Drop Inn is good if you are looking for a budget place right in the action. Beware that when you enter the building...it does NOT look like a hotel, or even like a friend's apartment that you'd want to stay in. However once you make it up the stairs and in it's a bit better. The bed was fine, bathroom needs better ventilation and ran out of hot water immediately. However the location couldn't be beat and service was friendly. Best part was the balcony. They also had a kitchenette if you prefer to prepare your own food.

Amazing service. The hotel is well located in the center of the high street shopping area, and a short walk to the historic old town. Rooms are positioned overlooking the shopping streets, and are very well decorated and furnished. The hotel staff are really the highlight, however. They went above and beyond to organise our day trips, taxis, restaurant reservations, etc. They even organised a day bed for us after we had already checked out, but had time to wait until our train. This hotel is great quality for price.

İnternet sitenizde kayıtlı olan adresteki kapı numarası hatalı olduğu için oteli bulmakta zorlandık. Otelin yeri şehrin tam merkezinde ama bu nedenle gürültü fazla. Kahvaltı ortalamanın biraz altında. Çalışanlar yardımsever.
