Our stay was fine.
My other half became cold during the night.
I had to switch the fridge off as it was noisey
and we could hear road noise in the morning.
The engineered oak floor requires attention.
All minor issues and overall our stay was fine.
This was a quaint little cottage nestled a stones throw from chatsworth with incredible walks in the doorstep and a local beautiful pub mere metres to the side.
The hosts were brilliant, the property was immaculate I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
Really grateful for the time I spent there and just brilliant
Lovely property in a great location. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Property was very comfortable, ‘home from home’. Lots of little touches made our stay even more pleasurable.
Friendly welcome, on arrival we were shown round, offered cakes, home made (free of charge).
Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, all local produce.
Accommodation excellent and the owners were very friendly.
Look no further than the Robin Hood B&B for a delightful stay! From the warm greeting with a selection of delicious homemade cakes to the exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean bed, our experience was top-notch. The extensive breakfast menu offered a plethora of choices, while the hosts’ super-friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
This B&B is an absolute gem! The accommodation is beautiful with real attention to detail, delightful cakes on arrival, tea, coffee and soft drinks available and a delicious breakfast served in your room or with the other guests. I have two dogs and stayed in the Birchin Edge room, double doors onto your own secure garden area and access directly onto Peak District walks. This was my second visit and I’ve already booked to go back! Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay. It was such a unique experience - our first B&B, and won't be our last! The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and customizable.
Loved staying here - perfectly pitched hosts (welcoming and helpful but not intrusive) amazing breakfast and cake, comfortable room with everything you could want (and nice extras incl a great range of tea / coffee and an in-room fridge with fresh milk), great location - walked at Mam Tor, Kinder Scout (about 30 mins drive away for those) and Chatsworth v close. Pub next door very handy and okay, but did find a really lovely one a short drive away - the Bulls Head at Ashford-In-The-Water.
Only thing that could have been improved was the weather!!
From the greeting by the owner, to leaving, the whole experience was faultless. We visited for my wifes birhday
and really loved the overnight stay. Highly recommend.
What a fantastic find! Would highly recommend. Great place, cosy warm rooms, excellent location, wonderful breakfast. Very thoughtful extras e.g. homebaked cake, beer, fizzy drinks to help yourself to. Absolutely all types of hot drinks catered for. Even towels for dogs! We had a wonderful stay, thankyou.
We had a really lovely couple of days at Robin Hood b&b. The room was very nice, very clean, everything you could need down to small touches like mini toothpaste tubes available plus extra tea & coffee to help yourself to as needed. The bathroom was beautiful, jacuzzi bath tub & a fab big walk in shower too. Decor was very modern & lighting system is a great addition. The house is just gorgeous!
Fresh homemade cakes available all day & the breakfast was delicious.
The hosts were not at all intrusive but there if you needed them - perfect!!
The pub next door was quiet but very friendly & food good value.
Feeling very relaxed & refreshed & ready for the Christmas onslaught now!!

We only stayed the one night but werevery delighted with the room, facilities and hospitality. From the very easy check in process to the room, with very clear instructions detailing all that one needed to know for a relaxed stress free stay.
I would definitely recommend.
