"This is a lovely apartment with great views of the sea and a beautiful garden/ eating area on the terrace. The apartment inside is comfortable and the kitchen works well. We spent 5 weeks in the apartment and cooked multiple meals a week. You can walk to the heart of Menton in just over 5 mins and the beach in 10 minutes. The last 200 meters or so back up is a bit steep but at 59 with a bad knee I made it without any difficulty and would not hesitate to stay here again. Michele’s communication...

"Literally just 5 minutes from Menton train station. Short 10 minute walk to the beach. Local supermarket just 5 or 10 minutes depending which one you go too. Perfect location for getting into Monaco as it's only a 7 to 10 minutes on the train which costs about £2.50 for a single ticket. Kerine is a lovely host. Very helpful and easy to contact if need be. "We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful Mill house. The house is decorated with good taste, how it looks is amazing. There is space enough for family with five persons.
