Guests will enjoy the comfort and coziness of the living room complete with large picture frame windows to enjoy the view or watch your favorite show on the smart TV.


Step out into the expansive deck and take a stroll along the 80+ blueberry trees grove flanked by the creek all the way to your private harbor shore. Marvel at the wild plethora of wild life, blue Heron, pileated woodpecker, belted kingfisher, sea otter, Guests can launch their own kayak by the low bank shore.


With easy access to local trails, beaches, and Bainbridge's charming downtown, this retreat offers a blend of adventure and tranquility. Whether you want to kayak, visit nearby boutiques, or simply unwind with a book, this Bainbridge getaway provides the perfect escape from the everyday.


Guest access: Guests have access to entire house, grounds, and attached carport except basement. Currently, basement is not finished


Pets allowed on request ONLY for an extra charge of USD 30 per pet, per day. The maximum number of pets 2.


Security Camera Disclosure: In order to protect the property, there is a security cameras outside facing the driveway and facing the shore. 


Other things to note:


Eagle Harbor Drive Road to house is narrow and winding. Please follow speed limits and don't go above 10-15 mph. This is a marked private driveway with large trees on either side, be on the lookout.


Firewood is not provided, please follow burn rules. It is normal in months July-September that a burn ban is active and open fires are not permitted. Plan accordingly.
