"Motel 57 is a pefect place to stay if you want a simple, affordable stay. It has a kitchenette, which is a fantastic plus. It's only drawback (to some) is the courtyard layout, which means if people are gathered outside grilling out or congregating it can be a little noisy, since all the rooms directly face it. Not terrible, but something to be conscious of when booking."

"The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the Canna Island lighthouse was delightful, especially at night. We did day trips to the state parks for hiking, took the Washington Island ferry, and enjoyed the local restaurants. The DVD collection at the house was huge, we did one of the jigsaw puzzles, and read the books about the local history. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was great. We would definitely stay here again!"
