"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

Die Betten, hatten mit den Matratzen eine super Schlafqualität. Die Wanderspots liegen 15 Minuten vom Objekt entfernt. Sehr Empfehlenswert. "

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

Across the street from probably the most interesting site in town (Dresden Zwinger, looks like an old palace, with museums), and about 2 blocks walk to the town's centra; square where they hold oldest Christmas market in Europe. Restaurants all around. The hotel has a rooftop bar with a fantastic view of the Zwinger. We had the XXL suite, and our kids loved the bunk beds while the adults enjoyed the other comfortable beds.
