He has a binder with everything you need to know in it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The groundskeeper, Chef Vlad, and our tour guide Simone, were all exceptional. "My husband and I treated our children and 1 year old granddaughter to a 10 day stay at this lovely villa. It was everything the listing states. Well appointed, beautiful pool, right on the beach. Yes, when the trucks go by, you can hear them when they use their air brakes, but you quickly overlook it. We felt very safe and well looked after by Stephen and ViVi. Location was walking distance by beach to Dominical. Grocery store was a 3 min drive. We’d definitely go back!!!"
