"Fantastic stay!!! The grounds were absolutely beautiful with plenty of pool options and a nice sandy beach with clear emerald water. Good variety of dining - although pricey, we found it to be very high-quality cuisine, especially at Cleo and Katsuya. It was great that admission to the waterpark was included (we loved the lazy river). We were impressed by the eco-friendly measures in place at the resort, for example, the reusable water bottles. Extra special thanks to Ryan O'Hara who went above and beyond to ensure we had a most memorable stay! Thanks also to Don for looking after our luggage upon our departure. Some areas for improvement: 1. it would be nice to have an adults-only pool without an extra charge; 2. we experienced a number of unpleasant attitude issues with some female staff, including at the front desk, towel stands, and gift shop. Overall, we would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar - it was fabulous! "

"I think property is too old. It needs to be upgraded, for example the furniture, the carpet, the bathroom, etc. If this hotel was not part of Atlantis it would be hard to substantiate the property higher than a 3. However, the staff more than make up for these shortcomings. They were super nice and helpful."
