She showed us around the hotel, perfectly located in the adorable town of Vernazza and even made a reservation for dinner for us which was ideal! The hotel lobby, dining area, and rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfast was very good as well, I highly recommend the Pensione Sorriso!"

"This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much."
