"There are many positives to share and only one negative… On the plus side: the location is simply unbeatable, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the included breakfast was fantastic. On the negative side- the room walls must be incredibly thin, as I could hear snoring every night from the room next door and when they were on the phone or using their TV it was as if we were sharing a room. I think I’d stay again because of all the positives, but I’m a light sleeper and it was a bit tough."

"Nice Location , Good Check in - I had emailed in advance for a room with a view - we had no view - Room small - a little ‘tired’ compared to the hallways and reception - Breakfast was a good choice but staff not very friendly - It’s the little things that can make a hotel from Good to Perfect …. nearly there !! "This hotel is really well located in the centre, so it's easily walkable to everything you need and lots of major attractions, restaurants, food markets etc. The staff are the best aspect of the hotel, both in reception and in the dining areas. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel resturant menu looked excellent although we had already booked other restaurants for dinner. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room flooded every time we used the shower, and the heating wasn't easy to control without...

"It was a fantastic place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it and undoubtedly we will return if we visit Bologna again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars is because the shower didn’t have sufficient hot water one morning. Often, this would bother me more but because everything else was SO good, it paled into insignificance!! The staff were also particularly accommodating and hospitable. Many thanks!"
