"We had a happy week in the house. There were plently of activities available. The property was very clean with adequate cooking equipment. We would have liked an additional toilet in the house for the 5 of us ( the property is advertised as accomodating 11 people). Two others are located in the pool and the annex, but not really available during the day."

"Really nice gite, it was well equipped and very clean, lovely owners and perfectly located for visiting Troyes, Lac d’Orient & Nigloland. The village is lovely and quiet and the local bakeries sell beautiful bread and pastries. It was so hot we could have done with fans to cool us."

"We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house has got everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Les points positifs le logement, grand terrain, la piscine sécurisée, jacuzzi, les transats, l’accès au jardin, belle terrasse, la propreté , l’équipement cuisine. Seule point négatif l'escalier pour monter à l'étage est raide donc difficile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Je recommande vivement cette très belle prestation. 10 « exceptionnel »"

"the house fulfilled the remit as a good place to stay for a family with young children. My sister and I met up with my brother and his family who live in Germany. There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc. We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well. The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good. We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs...

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien situé proche de Troyes. Le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel et calme et l'accueil réactif et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace extérieur avec terrasse, salon de jardin, barbecue et auvent, un jardin clos pour les jeunes enfants serait un plus. Attention également aux centrales de réservation qui pratiquent des prix assez différents. Au global nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons ce gîte."

"A wonderful welcome from very friendly ladies, the cottage is absolutely amazing in every way. Perfect quiet location, great amenities with a stunning heated pool. We would highly recommend this for families of friends. The only slight problem was that we were not aware towels would not be provided; there was no mention of this on the website (vrbo UK). We have stayed in France many times and not come across this before. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday and such happy memories....

"Villa facility was very clean although the floor definitely needed to be mopped All communication was in French which is a minus - contact should be multi-lingual or at least in English as well Lack of breakfast was a big minus and local Tabac recommended for breakfasts was very dirty full of tobacco smoke and unclean so we did not eat there"
