"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

"It was a horrible experience. The property was really dirty and pathetic. The service was awful. The rooms were already occupied by some other guests and the kitchen was filthy and full of trash.
