"Stayed here with a friend for 2 nights. Location is great, really close to the station 4/5 min walk max, and close to all the bars and restaurants. Stairs up to the apartment for those it may affect. Great to have parking. Comfy rooms and well equipped "

"My partner and I had a lovely stay in the Junior Suite. Conveniently located a short walk away from York centre, we were able to park very easily and leave the car whilst we walked everywhere. Very quiet and clean, it was a great base for us to enjoy a couple of brilliant days in York doing all our touristy things. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"The communication with the owner was excellent and her responses were very quick. The location was perfect for me as I could walk to where I needed to be. Whilst the flat is on a busy road I wasn't disturbed by the traffic at all. Flat was perfect for my needs. I would say that there are a few stairs up to the flat so bear this in mind if you have problems with your joints. The furniture was all really comfortable [sofa a bit low but I am getting old!] Overall a good place for me to stay...

"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

"The property is just as described, with everything you might want deftly included in a small and chic space. Really handy for town - as long as you don't mind a hill! - and for the river. We were in town in less than 10 minutes and at riverside cafes in even less time. The location is quiet, and the balcony provided a lovely additional space when the sun shone."

"Really lovely property to stay in for a family Christmas. All our dogs loved it too safe garden for them and plenty of space in utility area for all dog paraphernalia.Aga was okay to use and most things we needed were provided.Games room was excellent as was the hot tube"

"A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. We slept in the main room which is at the front of the flat and the kids room is...

"The property was very clean, well furnished and the beds were large and comfortable. The flat was nice and warm with excellent kitchen and appliances. The accommodation is in a very quiet area but only a very short walk to the centre of York. I would recommend this property for a very comfortable stay."
