"Jan was very welcoming.We stayed for 2 nights. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable. There is all you need in the kitchen to self cater if you want to. Harrogate centre is within walking distance - we didnt use our car during our stay. I would completely recommend staying here. "

The only down side was the communication, I sent a message to the property through hotels.com and didn’t receive an answer so emailed the owner directly and still didn’t get a reply. "The property is just as described, with everything you might want deftly included in a small and chic space. Really handy for town - as long as you don't mind a hill! - and for the river. "No parking! They do have a “reserved spot” which we did not find until the next day. Were instructed to put a sign in our rental van regarding a pending parking pass. But I feel if this is the case everytime, they should have already secured a pass for this property or provided a sign to say as such. Also was told they would not reimburse any fines for parking. "From the moment we stepped into the gorgeous flat we knew we made the right decision. Location is amazing and literally 50 bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The flat is decorate to a very high degree and we will definitely be back. Quiet location after pubs close at 10pm or 11pm"
