Recreation area where the pool, barbecue, solarium and large terrace with trees and countless flower pots and unbeatable views of the subbética mountain range. The house is surrounded by olive groves belonging to the farm. It borders the West with the so-called Arroyo Marbella or Bailón, belonging to the farm, where a beautiful Alameda of centuries-old trees is located and where several horses, chickens, geese, turkeys, etc. graze.

Magnifica casa rural bien acomodada
Très belle maison avec son parc d’oliviers et son espace piscine au top. La maison est très grande et à 10 personnes (2 familles, on est très confortablement installé). la maison dispose de tous les équipements pour cuisiner. La cuisine extérieure près de la piscine est un vrai plus. La piscine est entretenue par les propriétaires 2 fois par semaine. Ils viennent très top le matin et restent très discrets. Le petit point négatif est la proximité de la route (route secondaire). En fermant les volets, la circulation matinale reste supportable. En journée, on ne s’en rend pas compte. Malgré les fortes chaleurs, la maison reste fraîche et bien ventilée. Enfin les propriétaires Carlos et Maria Jesus sont vraiment très agréables et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons cette maison.
